Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Head Chef who is ready to lead and inspire our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our 2AA Rosette breakfast service, overseeing all kitchen operations, and ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional food quality.
You must be a proactive leader with a calm and professional demeanor, experienced in busy commercial kitchens, and passionate about Italian cuisine. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to bring creative flair while respecting the tradition of our menu and service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals to the highest standard.
Lead, train, and manage a dedicated kitchen brigade.
Maintain consistency and quality across all kitchen operations.
Ensure all HACCP and food safety regulations are met and upheld.
Collaborate with the owners on seasonal menus and supplier sourcing.
Monitor kitchen budgets, stock control, and wastage.
Manage breakfast service with attention to the restaurant’s 2AA Rosette standard.
Train junior staff, promote team morale, and uphold high service standards.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a busy, high-standard kitchen environment.
Prior experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef stepping up.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
A passion for Italian cuisine and fine dining service.
High attention to detail, punctuality, and consistency.
Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a bonus.

Annual Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 gross (based on experience)
