About the Role
Our Breakfast Chef prepares, produces and presents memorable meals for our guests, applying their energy and enthusiasm to every task. We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Breakfast Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. We are looking for a Breakfast Chef:
Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
Who builds excellent relationships with kitchen and front of house team members to keep everything running smoothly
Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
Who is available to work from 5am to 1pm
With previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a hotel or a restaurant
Requirements
SALARY: €22-€26,000

Consistency and punctuality will be key in this role. The perfect candidate will have an eye for detail and will be passionate about maintaining the Resort's 2AA Rosette as part of our breakfast service. We are looking for someone who is happy to hit the ground running, calm under pressure and use their experience (preferable busy commercial kitchen experience).
