Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience, ideally in a quality restaurant or hotel.
Strong passion for Italian cuisine and fine dining.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
EU citizenship or valid permit to work in Ireland.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements
Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the same or a similar role, preferably within a prestigious Restaurant and/or hotel environment.
Preferable experience: Italian Wine knowledge
