Duties include;
Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner according to Ballymagarvey Village standard operational procedures
Ensure Bar is well stocked at all times
Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene & cleanliness are maintained throughout bar & service areas
Provide support to other departments as necessary
Handling cash and credit card payments
Requirements
Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the same or a similar role, preferably within a prestigious Restaurant and/or hotel environment.
Preferable experience: Cocktail preparation
